- How do I order?

- Have you received my order request?
We will email you to confirm your order request within 1-2 working days.
- Why is the item I ordered out-of-stock?
As we have very limited quantity for each item, we may run out of stock quickly and not be able to update the website in time. If product is out of stock, we will email you asap for further actions.
- How do I pay ?
By Singapore Bank Fund Transfer (for orders in Singapore only)
Payment can be made to our account either through Internet Banking Fund Transfer or at any ATM with Fund Transfer options. Our account number will be sent to you upon receiving your order.
By Credit Card Via Paypal (for all orders)
We use secure credit card payment via Paypal.
Note:
> If payment is not received within 3 working days from the invoice date, the order will be cancelled automatically.
> Your order will be delivered only upon the receipt of payment.
> International customers, you will have to bear taxes, duties, insurance or any other charges that are imposed by your country.

- Is delivery within Singapore really FREE?
Yes, it's free!
On top of that, If your purchases is more than SGD 100, we will send your purchases via Registered Mail Service.
That too is absorbed by MIZAI!
Note:
> A tracking number will be issued for the registered mail and you would be required to acknowledge when you receive the order. You can track your registered mail here.
- How much are International shipping charges?
Shipping will be charged at cost according to the Singpost Registered Airmail Rates, as shown in this table.
You will be advised on the exact shipping charges in the invoice.
Under normal circumstances, your purchases are expected to reach you within 9-21 days.

- When will I receive my items?
We will mail the items promptly upon clearance of payment.
If the delivery address is in Singapore:
Typical delivery takes
2 to 4 working days for standard local mail. Registered mail take 2 days longer.
If the delivery address is out of Singapore:
Typical delivery takes
9 - 21 days for registered international airmail.

| Exchange and Refund |
- Can I exchange or refund items?
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, with the exception of wrong item being sent.

- I received a wrong product.
We apologise for this mistake. Please contact us within 3 working days of the date you received the item for an exchange.

- How do you measure the length of your designs?
All measurements include earring hooks/ chain clasps.
- How do I care for MIZAI accessories?
Most of our products are delicate and should be handled with care.
We advise keeping your accessories in a jewellery box/pouch to prevent scratches. They should be removed before going to bed or showering. Please avoid contact with perfume, hair spray, cosmetics, chlorinated water, salt water or other corrosive agents.
- What is your definition of a vintage product?
On our website, a product is labelled "vintage" when it is 20 years or older. Our vintage items are new (never been worn, unless stated otherwise) but due to their age may contain tarnished parts.
