   If so, you will be informed asap via email. If payment has been made, you will be refunded or you can use it as a credit towards your next purchase.
   - Payment is late
   All payment must be received within 3 working days from the date of invoice.
   
   
3. We reserve the right to cancel any order, suspend any transaction or refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any products from MIZAI.

3. Transaction Policy

1. All items are priced in Singapore dollars (SGD).
   
   
2. All payment must be received within 3 working days from the date of invoice. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received.

2. We are not responsible for any lost/late/damaged mail by Singpost. All items are personally weighed and dropped off at the post office/post boxes. Please contact Singpost directly to enquire about your mail.

5. Exchange & Refund Policy

1. All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The items are checked to ensure that they are in good condition and are delivered with care.
   
   
2. Exception: Delivery of wrong item
   Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your item. We will promptly exchange the item for you. Shipping for this item will be absorbed by us.
   
   If the selected item is out of stock, you will be refunded or you can use the funds as credit towards your next purchase. Shipping for this item will be absorbed by us.
   
   Please note if the item has been used, damaged or altered , it will not be accepted for exchange/ refund.
